I saw it last night and it was amazing. I think it is my favourite Harry Potter film yet, although I do have a huge soft spot for the first one. It made me want to read the books again. The films are great but the magic of actually reading J.K. Rowling's words cannot be beaten.
It was so brilliant to be in the middle of hundreds of devout Harry Potter fans. Yesterday was the official Irish release date and it was showing all day in my local cinema. The blossoming of the Hermione - Ron relationship is so cute to watch. And Ginny Weasley has turned into a right little minx! Loved the way her character has developed. Luna Lovegood is just so funny! Of course the ending is very sad, there were even a few tears shed in the cinema. I really want to go see it again. Might try fit another showing in next week!
What did you guys think?

IT WAS AWESOME. I was disappointed with the lack of intimacy brought to screenbetween Harry and Dumbledore because to me, that was the heart of the book.
I must see it. MUST. Let me know if you're going again!
i know must of the people would say that i'm crazy but i was so dissapointed, it was bored, they try to do a funny movie when the book is so much darker, they cut very important parts like the story of the dark lord and his family, and the dumbledore funeral, i'm so sad, i waited so long for this :(
aww sorry to hear you were disappointed mina!
went to see it again, this time i quite like it, a little more, since i wasn't expecting anything, i love snape, as usual, and dumbledore was fantastic, specially in the cave part, the rest i still thinking is just a love comedy :( ohh an bellatrix, i always going to love bellatrix :)
It's been so long since I read the book that I can't remember it now! I've got them all confused in my mind. I always seem to take ages to get around to seeing a film. I will definitely see it. I do love Ron! xx
